Nirbhaya case: Convict Akshay Singh says "Will file curative petition"

One of the convicts of the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case, Akshay Singh has said that he will file curative petition and hence he should be given more time. Patiala House Court of Delhi will shortly be delivering verdict on the death warrant of the four convicts in the gruesome rape and murder case. 

As per SC guidelines, if the lower court issues a death warrant today, the date of execution will have to be at least 14 days away.
