Narottam Mishra flouts lockdown rules; witnessed without mask

Madhya Pradesh Health Minister Narottam Mishra violated lockdown norms as he went to his hometown. He was accompanied by many people who walked in close proximity to him. Nobody, including Narottam Mishra, was wearing a mask. 
On the other hand, none of them were following social distancing rules too
