Manoj Tiwari attacks Delhi govt for deflecting its responsibility to UP govt

BJP Leader Manoj Tiwari attacked the Delhi government for putting their responsibilities over Uttar Pradesh government's shoulders. He said that why Delhi govt did not start bus services for the daily wage workers walking towards their cities. 'It was UP CM Yogi Ji who started bus services from Delhi-Noida border.
