Mahindra company will give preference to those taking 3 year military training
The country's veteran industrialist Anand Mahindra is supporting the 'Tour of Duty' program of the Indian Army. He said that the youth who has undergone such training would be given preference in their company. In a major change in the former conditions, the Indian Army is considering a proposal to allow ordinary citizens to join 'tour of duty' for three years. Currently, the shortest tenure is 10 years under the Short Service Commission.
