Mahakumbh 2025: All Bridges Open as Crowd Management Impresses in Prayagraj

At Mahakumbh 2025, the administration has successfully implemented crowd management strategies, ensuring a smooth experience for millions of devotees. On Basant Panchami, a massive gathering arrived at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj for the sacred Amrit Snan. By 8 AM, over 62.25 lakh devotees had taken a holy dip, while the total footfall so far has reached 34.97 crore.To facilitate movement, all bridges have been opened, allowing seamless access between key locations such as Arail, Jhunsi, and the Sangam. The administration’s meticulous planning has helped maintain order despite the high influx of pilgrims.Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared images of the event, extending his wishes to saints, Kalpvasis, Akharas, and devotees. Authorities continue to monitor the situation through a dedicated war room, ensuring security and efficient logistics. The well-organized arrangements and effective crowd control measures have been widely praised, contributing to the smooth execution of one of the largest spiritual gatherings in the world.
