Madrassas to be shut down in Assam | Master Stroke

The madrassas will be shut down or converted into regular schools in Assam. The teaching of other languages like Hindi, English will be done in these schools too. The notification in the same regard will be issued in November.

The teachers who know only about traditional teachings like teaching the Quran will be shifted to other jobs.
