Long queue witnessed in Delhi as alcohol shops open up

As lockdown 3.0 has begun, many relaxations have been given to the residents of India. One such relaxation is reopening of alcohol shops. This is why visuals from various states are coming in showing long queues of people. 
In Delhi, a 150 to 200 metre- long queue was witnessed outside alcohol shop while following the rules of lockdown like wearing masks and social distancing
