Liquor Policy Case: Kejriwal Gets Interim Bail From SC In ED Case | ABP News

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted interim bail in the Delhi liquor policy case by the Supreme Court. This pertains to the money laundering case against him pursued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). For now, he will remain in Tihar jail till he gets bail in the case against him by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The single-judge bench, comprising Justice Dipankar Datta May 17 had reserved its verdict on Arvind Kejriwal's plea. The SC on April 15 sought a response from the ED on Kejriwal’s plea, challenging his arrest in the money laundering case. The Aam Aadmi Party convenor moved the Supreme Court, challenging the Delhi High Court's order on April 9 upholding his arrest in the Delhi liquor policy case.
