JNU case: Professor CP Chandrasekhar quits Statistics Committee
Two days after the JNU attack, Professor CP Chandrasekhar has resigned from the Statistics Committee. The committee was made to figure out the facts of the economy and analyse the trends. He has resigned to express unhappiness and register a silent protest against the JNU incident.
This comes after the masked goons attacked Jawaharlal Nehru University's students on Sunday in which more than 18 were injured. Among them were few professors as well.
