J&K IG Vijay Kumar briefs how terrorists planned Pulwama-like attack

Jammu and Kashmir IG Vijay Kumar briefed media about how terrorists planned Pulwawa-like attack in the vicinity and how the Indian forces averted the tragedy. 
As per the reports, late on Wednesday night, a car was intercepted by the security forces from Rajpora in South Kashmir's Pulwama district. 
However, the driver, who is said to be a Hizbul Mujahideen militant, managed to escape after initial firefight.
