J&K: Hizbul Commander Riyaz Naikoo eliminated by security forces

In Jammu and Kashmir, the security forces achieved great success in an encounter on Wednesday as they eliminated Hizbul Mujahideen commander Riyaz Naikoo at Begpura in Pulwama district. Previously a math teacher, Riyaz Ahmed Naikoo had become the most wanted terrorist of the valley.

The overnight operation had started on Tuesday evening when a massive search operation was launched in Naikoo's village.
