Jharkhand: Social distancing forgotten as locals celebrate 2 people testing Covid-19 negative

A video has emerged from Jharkhand's Gadhwa district which may raise concerns over the state's plan to fight Coronavirus (Covid-19). In this video, locals can be seen as openly flouting social distancing norms as they participate in a celebration. Ironically, the celebration was over the news of two people in their area testing negative for Covid-19.
