Jammu and Kashmir: Second phase of DDC polls begins

The second phase of voting for DDC has begun in Jammu and Kashmir. 43 seats are undergoing the polling process out of which 25 are from Kashmir whereas 18 from Jammu. All the seats of Kashmir are sensitive and hence the security is beefed up. On the other hand, voting is being done keeping in mind social distancing norms and hygiene.
