Is Nepal purposely trying to flood India? | Pankaj Ka Punch

Under the influence and insistence of China, Nepal continues to move further away from its conventional and traditional ally India. The situation has become so dire that the current government of Nepal is treating India as an enemy. Consistent rainfall in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh have already made the situation worse in the states. Amid such situation, Nepal has stopped working on a dam which would result in a higher volume of water on the Indian side of the border leading to a bigger flood.
