Handwara encounter: Top Hizbul commander shot dead in J&K

In a huge achievement for Indian Army, top Hizbul Mujahideen commander, Mehrazuddin Halwai, was shot dead during the Handwara encounter in Jammu and Kashmir. The action has been done under the Operation All Out. The Kashmir Police later tweeted, "One of the oldest & top commander of HM terror outfit Mehrazuddin Halwai aka Ubaid got neutralised in Handwara encounter. He was involved in several terror crimes. A big success: IGP Kashmir"
