Gupteshwar Pandey not fighting Bihar Assembly Elections 2020

Former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey took voluntary retirement recently. It was being speculated he could be fielded from Buxar in the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections 2020. But now he has cleared the air saying he is not fighting the elections this time but will help with the goodwill he has and will do what Nitish Kumar asks.
