Flood alert in Bihar after Gandak river crosses danger mark | Seedhe Field Se
Heavy rainfall in the last 24-hours triggered floods in Nepal. The water level in several rivers also crossed the danger mark. It led to flash floods in parts of north Bihar causing mayhem in villages along the India-Nepal border. West and East Champaran, Gopalganj, and Saran districts in north Bihar are on a flood alert. However, people living in some low-lying areas had to migrate as water entered their villages.
