Field-commander level meet between India & China begins

Another meeting between officials of India and China is going on to resolve issues at border. Tis time it is field-commander level meeting. 
Talks are going on between the countries from past few weeks to deal with border tensions.
Both the countries are in favour to move ahead with positive solutions.
