Pandit Jasraj, the famous singer of classical music embellished with Padmavibhushan is no more. Pandit Jasraj of Mewati Gharana died in New Jersey, USA on Monday. He was 90 years old. Music world has suffered a great loss due to the death of Pandit Jasraj.
His family had the distinction of giving Hindustani classical music more than one artisan for 4 generations.
