Dras: Locals demand govt to develop indoor ice rink

The locals in Ladakh are enjoying this cold weather in Dras. Although the local people are also seen troubled by this cold that is coming ahead of time, but some youngsters are not missing out on seeking pleasure in this cold.

This rink has frozen water due to bitter cold. On which the players of ice hockey and ice skating of Kargil and Dras are having a lot of fun
