Development vs full-statehood demand: What is necessary for J&K?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold an all-party meeting with 14 leaders of Jammu and Kashmir's eight political parties today. As per exclusive reports of ABP News, PM Modi has called the meeting in order to accelerate the pace of development in the valley. But the local leaders are demanding full-statehood. ABP News discusses what is vital for the union territory.
