Delhi’s New CM to Be Finalized Today; BJP MLAs to Elect Leader in Key Meeting
The suspense over Delhi’s next Chief Minister will end today as BJP’s 48 newly elected MLAs gather at the party’s state office at 6 PM. The legislature party meeting, scheduled for 7 PM, will take place in the presence of central observers, whose names are yet to be announced. The elected leader will take oath as CM on February 20.Senior BJP leader Mohan Singh Bisht stated in an interview with ABP News that selecting the CM face is not a challenge for the party. He emphasized that BJP will choose a leader who can take everyone along, adding that there are many experienced leaders in the party. With celebrations already beginning at the BJP office, all eyes are on the official announcement, which will mark a new political direction for Delhi.
