Delhi govt reduces 21 'dry days' to 3 in 2022, check dates
In an official announcement issued on Monday, the Delhi administration stated that the union territory will only have three 'dry days' this year. The number of 'dry days' has been decreased from 21 to three by the Delhi administration. Only on Independence Day (August 15), Republic Day (January 26), and Gandhi Jayanti (October 2), according to the Delhi government's Excise Department, will liquor stores be closed. Apart from the above three dry days, the government may declare any other day of the year as a 'dry day' from time to time, according to the order.
