Delhi Fire: Will Kejriwal government take a strict action?

On Sunday, 43 people lost their lives in horrific fire that was ablaze in Delhi's Anaj Mandi area i a Filmistan building. The owner of the factory Rehan has been arrested whereas the Arvind Kejriwal government has announced a compensation for the families of the victims as well. But is it enough or will the government take a strict action?
