DefExpo 2020: UP to become biggest hub of defence manufacturing, says Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugrated the 11th edition of Defence Expo 2020 in Lucknow on Wednesday. He said,'Uttar Pradesh will be one of the biggest hubs of defence manufacturing in the coming future. Seeing new security challenges, the security forces are developing new technologies. Our aim is to develop 25 products based on artificial intelligence in the next 5 years.Be it artillery guns, aircraft carrier, frigates, submarines, light combat aircrafts, combat helicopters many such equipments are being manufactured in India.'
