The total Covid vaccinations across the country have crossed the 13.22 crore mark on Wednesday with more than 21.21 lakh vaccine doses administered till evening.

Union Government on Wednesday said that there are more than 21.57 lakh active Covid cases in the country, which is double the maximum number of active cases India had last year.

As per the government data, states having more than one lakh active cases are Maharashtra (6.85 lakh), Uttar Pradesh (2.23 lakh), Karnataka (1.59 lakh), Chhattisgarh (1.26 lakh) and Kerala (1.18 lakh).
