'Chirag Paswan to Contest More Seats Than Initially Expected', Says Sources | ABP News

Ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections 2025, BJP and Janata Dal (United) (JDU) have finalized their seat-sharing arrangement after extensive negotiations. According to sources, JDU will contest 102 seats while BJP will field candidates in 101 constituencies. Approximately 40 seats have been reserved for other NDA allies, ensuring broader coalition representation. This seat-sharing formula differs slightly from the 2020 elections but maintains a balance between the two main NDA partners. Analysts say the agreement strengthens the alliance’s position against the opposition, projecting unity and coordination. The formula is expected to help NDA present a cohesive front in the upcoming polls, consolidating its electoral prospects across the state. Meanwhile, sources reveal that Chirag Paswan Can get more than 25 seats for this Bihar Assembly Elections | ABP News
