China strengthening infrastructure along border: HP CM
The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Jai Ram Thakur, has warned that China is strengthening its infrastructure along the border. He told how China was busy building roads at higher altitudes in order to keep an eye on India. This would put India at a weaker position. He said that he would divulge more information to the Centre soon.
