Centre comes face to face with Mamata amid COVID-19 outbreak

The Home Ministry raised worry over the steps taken by the Mamata Banerjee government to fight against deadly Coronavirus. After this, central teams were sent to Kolkata in order to access the COVID-19 situation. This step led to Mamata Banerjee's displeasure and she penned a letter too. Now, Union Home Secretary replied to the letter and told that the arrangements were made as per rights of the central government. 
But all of it is happening as the number of Coronavirus cases are rising in Kolkata
