RJP MP Manoj Jha against Citizen Amendment Bill (CAB) has said that CAB is against constitution. This bill is not about Hindu - Muslims. The nation and its preamble has failed after the bill has been passed in Rajya Sabha. 'It is a poorly drafted law and is completely against Constitution', said Manoj Jha.
