Breaking: ED Cracks Down on Changur’s Religious Conversion Empire, Busts UAE-Pakistan Connection | ABP NEWS

In a major development in the illegal religious conversion and money laundering case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has intensified its probe against Maulana Changur and his close associates. Recent raids have unearthed several shocking details, including the discovery of a secret boutique—Asavi Boutique Complex—in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur district. This boutique allegedly served as a covert hub for storing illegal documents. Investigations have revealed that Changur was operating a vast network of religious conversion across the country, funded by foreign sources. His key aide, Rashid, already in ATS custody, played a crucial role in expanding this network, particularly targeting economically weak Hindus and promoting religious conversion near the Indo-Nepal border. Reports suggest Rashid received ₹50,000–₹5 lakh per conversion, with operations linked to Gulf nations. Moreover, Changur is now suspected of having ties with Pakistan's ISI, aiming to destabilize India’s social fabric. He reportedly received over ₹60 crore in foreign funding and maintained 22 bank accounts, including in the UAE. ED has now sealed his boutique and is tracing his benami properties. The case continues to unfold, with each day revealing deeper layers of a well-planned, anti-national conspiracy.
