Breaking: Chhangur Baba's Religious Conversion Gang Busted, ATS and ED Reveal Codewords, Foreign Funding Links

A major crackdown is underway against self-styled godman Chhangur Baba, with ATS and ED jointly probing his alleged involvement in a large-scale religious conversion racket. During interrogation, ATS officials uncovered a secret codeword system used by the gang to conceal their activities. According to the report, “Project” referred to girls, “Turning soil” meant converting religion, “Applying kajal” implied mentally influencing someone, and “Darshan” meant introducing individuals to Chhangur for conversion. The gang allegedly lured people into conversion by promising a better life post-conversion, offering financial incentives, jobs abroad, and scholarships for education. The investigation also suggests that the gang received foreign funding to support these operations and tried to alter the country’s cultural fabric. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has reacted strongly, stating that efforts were being made to change the nation’s identity and that action is being taken against such conspiracies. He linked the ongoing conversions to a broader attempt to undermine the sacrifices made by Sikh Gurus and warriors who stood for dharma. Authorities continue to investigate the full extent of the network, including foreign financial trails, with strict legal action expected against those involved.
