Bihar Vs Delhi govt over train fare for migrants
Aam Admi Party has accused the Bihar government of not bearing the train expenses of migrants labourers. "Paying 15 percent of the fare is the obligation of state government but the Bihar government has stepped back from its duty. The expense will be borne by the Delhi government. We are paying for the migrants' fare. I am taken aback by the attitude of the Bihar government towards its people," said AAP MP Sanjay Singh.
