Bihar Polls 2020: Issue of Jungleraj makes an entry again

In 2005, the present, Union Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad was addressing a rally in Bihar.  His speech was on, with pro-applause being played in between. As Ravi Shankar Prasad's speech came to an end, suddenly a man from the crowd quickly climbed onto the stage and shot him with a bullet in his hand. The bullet hit Ravi Shankar Prasad's arm and he fell on the stage.
