Bihar News: FIR Filed Against Tejashwi Yadav in UP Over Remarks Against PM Modi | ABP NEWS

An FIR has been filed against former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav in Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur district. The case pertains to an allegedly inappropriate comment made by Yadav against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media. According to police sources, the remark was deemed derogatory and in violation of public decorum. This is not the first legal action against Yadav over his statements—earlier, a similar case had also been registered in Maharashtra’s Gadchiroli district. The controversy has sparked fresh political debate, with the opposition defending Yadav’s right to express his opinion, while the ruling party demands accountability for disrespectful remarks aimed at the country’s leadership.
