Bihar: NDRF teams rescuing locals in Gopalganj

Until yesterday night there was no flooding or water logging. The area receievd heavy rainfall in the night and the following morning villagers woke up to a submerged village. NDRF teams are using motor boast to rescue people from their houses and transfer them to secure places. Village have become a part of the flooded river. Gandak river is flowing above danger mark.
