Balakot airstrike, when Indian fighter jets entered deep inside Pakistan and bombed Jaish-e-Mohammed terror camps marks its first anniversary today. In the wee hours of February 26 last year, the Indian Air Force carried out airstrikes on terror camps in Balakot inside Pakistan. These airstrikes were carried out in the aftermath of the February 14 Pulwama terror attack where 40 CRPF jawans were killed when an IED-laden SUV rammed into a CRPF convoy.
