Minister of State for Finance, Anurag Thakur alleged media for spreading lies and half-knowledge. When reporters said that he raised insensitive slogans like 'desh ke ghaddaron ko...' during Delhi elections. Thakur responded, 'You are lying. You people should first enhance your knowledge. Half knowledge is dangerous. Matter is sub judice so I'm not commenting further'. Further commenting on the communal riots, he said, "Police is doing its job...."
