Amarnath Yatra 2020 cancelled due to COVID-19

There will be no Amarnath Yatra this year. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor called a meeting on Tuesday regarding the Amarnath Yatra. Prominent members of the Shree Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) and other administrative officers attended this meeting.

In the meeting it was decided to cancel the Amarnath Yatra. The main reason for canceling the Amarnath Yatra is the ever increasing cases of corona virus.
