Ahmedabad Plane Crash: Ahmedabad Plane Crash Horror, Dozens Dead, PM Modi Visits Site | ABP NEWS
More than 24 hours after the devastating plane crash in Ahmedabad, the biggest question still looms: What caused the disaster? The Air India flight to London Gatwick took off at 1:38 PM but tragically crashed within just 40 seconds. Instead of ascending, the aircraft rapidly descended and collided with a residential building, reducing both the plane and the structure to rubble. Among the haunting scenes of destruction, a miraculous survival also emerged—Vishwas Kumar Ramesh, a British national of Indian origin, survived the crash. On the morning after the tragedy, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the crash site and later met injured victims at Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. He also held a high-level review meeting with ministers and officials. Former Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani was among the deceased, with his wife and daughter arriving back from London to mourn the loss. ABP News reported from both the crash site and hospital. Crowds continue to grow as desperate families search for their missing loved ones, submitting DNA samples to help identify the victims. Several bodies are still being recovered from the debris. The government has yet to confirm an increase in the death toll, but the emotional toll continues to rise as families await news.
