ABP Impact: Brar seed store owner arrested in Punjab's seed scam

In the Seed Scam of Punjab, first arrest has been made. The owner of Brar Seed Store, Harwinder Singh, was arrested by the police. The investigation is still underway as aide of minister Sukhwinder Randhawa, Lucky, was named as one of the accused
On the other hand, Harwinder aka Kaka was named too.

Earlier, fake seeds were sold to the farmers on three times the original cost. The scam was exposed by ABP News
