Family left for Jhansi from Delhi on a rickshaw

A family has been indoors for several days and has now run out of ration. When questioned, family members said that at some places people are getting food items but at others, no arrangements have been made by the government. Now they cannot sit at home without food as they have a small child to take care of. So they are traveling to Jhansi, their hometown on a rickshaw.
