Did no one really die due to lack of oxygen?

The central government has said in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha that no one died due to lack of oxygen. The Central Government has made this claim by quoting the data received from the State Governments. The question was asked to the government in the Rajya Sabha that how many patients died due to lack of oxygen? To which the government replied that there was not a single death due to lack of oxygen.
