Corona's second wave spreading at a fast pace across nation

There was a time when the number of coronavirus infections in the country started decreasing. On February 1 this year, 8,635 new Corona cases were registered. The central government is closely monitoring and actively engaging with the states and union territories over the rising cases. The death toll increased to 1,59,370 with 154 daily new fatalities, the updated data on Saturday showed.
