Budget Session to begin today with President Kovind's address | Super 70

 The budget session will begin with President Ram Nath Kovind's address and the budget will be presented on 1 February. With this, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Economic Survey today. The first part of the budget session of Parliament will end on 15 February. The second part will start from 8 March and will run till 8 April.
