Alpan Bandopadhyay & WB turning into political 'Badlapur'; all about it | ICH
The ongoing dispute between the Centre and West Bengal government has taken an unexpected turn. West Bengal Chief Minister Banerjee today said that Chief Secretary Alpan Bandopadhyay has retired. Now he will remain CM's chief advisor for the next three years. Mamata said that the Center cannot force an officer to take charge without the consent of the State Government.
