Adhir Ranjan should apologise: BJP over controversial comment against Modi, Shah

Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Sunday sparked a row by terming PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah as "migrants", while speaking on Citizenship (amendment) Bill and proposed nationwide NRC. BJP leaders including Shahnawaz Hussain and Manohar Lal Khattar have condemned his remark. The party has also sought an apology from Chowdhury, who is a Member of Parliament from Berhampore and leads Congress party in Lok Sabha.
