Master Stroke(19.07.2018): AAP backs TDP's no-confidence motion
A day ahead of the crucial no-confidence motion discussion in the Lok Sabha, a Telugu Desam Party (TDP) delegation met Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at his residence on Thursday to seek cooperation for its fight against the Center demanding justice for Andhra Pradesh.
TDP Parliamentary Party leader Y.S.Chowdary along with party MPs K.Narayana, Malyadri Sriram, Nimmala Kristappa and T.G.Venkatesh met Kejriwal and handed over TDP President and Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N.Chandrababu Naidu's letter seeking support for the issue.
"The Centre is being ruled by BJP's dictatorship. It's a Hitler-like government (Hitlershahi ki sarkar hai). It has become a threat to structural federalism. The power of states is being continuously taken away. This government assured Andhra Pradesh to give them Special Status. However, they have betrayed them. They have backed out of their support," AAP leader Sanjay Singh told media here.
