Reacting to the Lok Sabha election 2024 results, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday stated that people have placed their 'faith' in National Democratic Alliance (NDA), for a third consecutive time. On its own, the saffron party has fallen below the majority mark, with leads in 242 seats despite major gains in Odisha, Telangana, and Kerala, offering some solace to the party after unexpected losses in the Hindi belt. The I.N.D.I.A bloc, formed due to their common opposition to the BJP, has been leading in about 230 seats. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP had alone won 303 seats, whole NDA had over 350
