Delhi Election 2025: Pawan Khera Confident of Congress Comeback, Criticizes Modi's Kumbh Visit

In a recent statement, Congress Media Department head Pawan Khera addressed the party's prospects for the Delhi Assembly elections, acknowledging the challenges they face after failing to win a seat in the last two elections. Despite this, Khera expressed confidence, highlighting Congress's 15-year governance under Sheila Dikshit. He stated that voters will realize who deserves their support after 15 years of experience and 10 years of what he termed "misrule" under Arvind Kejriwal. Khera also pointed out that the elections might lead to a "hung assembly," similar to the 2013 scenario when AAP's Kejriwal formed a government. While acknowledging that Congress's vote share had fallen drastically, from 10% in 2015 to just 4.2% in 2020, Khera remained optimistic. He also made a remark about Prime Minister Modi's visit to the Maha Kumbh, claiming that if the media had not covered it, Modi would not have gone either.
